Kids, Kids Everywhere!

Just finished editing the picture for my Children's Portrait Assignment.   I was disappointed during the shoot (not because it didn't go well, but because my "vision didn't quite work out as planned- I had to go back and re-read tip # 1 on my Encouragement post)  Anyway, my model, Lizzie, was very photogenic not to mention CUTE AS A BUTTON so it was hard to choose which one I would use.  Since Lizzie loves to dance, I thought it would be a good idea to pose her as a break dancer from the 80's, complete with boombox, rope chain and cardboard box (You know how we used to do RRRRUFF!!)  Well, the set idea didn't work out, but Lizzie did.  I ended up going with a black background instead.  Big THANKS to Lizzie's parents, Demond and Stephanie for allowing me to photograph their child and for keeping her so happy during the shoot.
